Tariq Shafiq is the Co-Founder of Shafiq & Company and an expert in providing engineering and administrative support across a broad range of Microsoft 365 services. He excels in adhering to security best practices, ensuring that all vulnerabilities are remediated and services are securely maintained. With a focus on continuous improvement, Tariq ensures that every deployment is rigorously tested and documented before release into production. His proficiency in automation within the M365 ecosystem enables him to streamline processes and create innovative solutions through scripting.

Tariq also provides valuable support in areas such as eDiscovery and legal functions within M365, in addition to troubleshooting complex issues within the Azure cloud environment. He is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and documenting IT infrastructure while contributing to the infrastructure architecture governance model. A forward-thinking engineer, Tariq stays up-to-date with emerging M365 technologies and mentors his team on new advancements. 

Ashraf Shafiq is the Co-Founder of Shafiq & Company. With a robust background in data science, Ashraf brings deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and mathematical optimization to solve complex client challenges. 

He has hands-on experience with advanced programming and database technologies which enable him to build cutting-edge solutions that drive mission success. 

Ashraf is passionate about staying at the forefront of technology, leveraging the latest advancements in AI, data science and cloud environments to deliver trusted, high-impact solutions. 

In addition to his technical acumen, Ashraf enjoys basketball, playing piano and drums, and staying fit through regular workouts. A proud son of Bangladeshi immigrants and a graduate of George Mason University, he is also deeply committed to his local community, serving as a youth advisor and volunteer.
